Join us at Breathing Room Yoga for a Self Compassion Sound Meditation . Wednesday night. February 15th at 7 PM. Explore with us the release of negative self talk, limiting beliefs, and embrace showing grace and understanding. Invest an hour in yourself to get cozy and settle in. Spaces are limited to 16. Mats and blankets provided, but feel free to bring your own. Advanced tickets $25 and $30 at the door.
