We are drawn to stillness in the darker months. It is a time to turn inward. The practice of Yin is perfectly tailored to these needs. We will explore 4 to 5 poses with longer holds ( approximately 3 minutes in length) accompanied by sound to help you quiet your thoughts and allow the messages from within to be received. An extended savasana sound meditation will help ease you into the holiday season. No Yin experience necessary, all props and mats provided. However, feel free to bring any additional comfort items. Hot tea and a sweet treat provided.
